You Said, We Did – Recent Examples
You Said: Phone lines are sometimes too busy, and it can be hard to get through in the mornings.
We Did: We increased the number of reception staff answering calls during peak hours and introduced a new telephone system with call-back features to reduce waiting times.
You Said: It can be confusing to know which clinician is best to book an appointment with.
We Did: We updated our website with a clear “Who to See” guide and trained our reception team to help direct patients to the most appropriate clinician.
You Said: Patients would like more updates about practice changes and health campaigns.
We Did: We launched our Instagram page and now post regular updates about closures, clinics, health awareness days, and services.
You Said: Feedback forms were not always easy to find.
We Did: We added Friends and Family Test cards to reception and enabled online feedback options via our website.
You Said: Some patients found it difficult when our James Street site closed.
We Did: We worked with local partners to ensure smooth relocation into temporary sites, kept patients updated via texts, letters, and social media, and held a couple of virtual Q&A sessions to answer patient concerns.
