EMIS Access - Online Services
EMIS Access is a new and convenient way to book routine
appointments with your GP over the internet.
It’s quick and easy to use, and can be particularly useful during those
times when the practice is closed or telephone lines are busy.
Easy to follow screens and prompts ensure it’s simple for you to view,
book or cancel appointments online – whatever time of the day or night.
Using the internet, you will be able to view a range of available
appointments and choose the most convenient time for you.
Before you can start booking GP appointments online, you must first
register for this service.
Once registered, simply log on with your practice ID, patient ID and
password. You can view any appointment you have already made, cancel
them in necessary, or book a new appointment after checking which times
are available.
Secure information
All personal information contained on EMIS access is protected using the
highest standard of internet security.

OBTAINING YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Come to the Surgery in person with photo-id and ask the receptionist for
details of how to register for Emis Access. You will be given a letter
with you own unique registration details then follow the simple
instructions below.
FIRST TIME USE OF EMIS ONLINE:

https://www.emisaccess.co.uk/signup/signup_a.aspx and
follow the log-on instructions.

You will be asked to create an account.

You will be prompted for your personal login details, which will be on
your registration letter, previously obtained from the surgery.

You can then register and use Emis
Access online services.
