COMMENTS AND COMPLAINTS

We aim to provide an efficient and quality service to our patients. However, although we hope any concerns that patients may have can be dealt with amicably between patient and practice at the time, there may be occasions when a patient feels they have cause for complaint.

In such circumstances complaints should be made in writing and addressed to the Practice Manager.

The Practice Manager will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing and provide the Complainant with a copy of the Complaints Procedure. (Copies are also available at Reception).

Similarly, we are very happy to receive constructive comments and suggestions for improving our service to patients. If you are pleased, remember that staff thrive on praise and your compliments and thanks will help everyone do their job even better.
